¨ 2017-2021 Owners Representative for $14.5M, 48,000 sf, 148 bed Pulaski County Jail and Sheriffs Administration. Worked with Architect and Committee from Design stage, reprogramming, 2 bid cycles including redesign, award and construction through final completion. 

¨ 2021 Construction Management and Oversight for subdivision street development for residential developer. 

¨ 2021 Develop Housing plans, budgets and schedules for housing development project for a client. Project shelved.

¨ 2016-2019 Site research, land acquisition, pre-development, design management & estimating for $9M independent flag hotel in Springfield MO. Project placed on hold during final DD stage due to Covid. 

¨ Various years - Design, Development and Construction of 5 subdivisions for various developers. 

¨ 2009-2014 Pre-Development through Design and Construction of a $8.5 million long term stay complex and clubhouse. Note that project was put on hold between development work and start of construction. 

¨ 2009/2010 – Constructed a 3 story, 48,000 sf Holiday Inn Express in St. Robert MO. We saved the client an estimated 14% of construction cost while using a “best value” subcontractor selection process.
